Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using AI VTuber, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

AI VTuber provides a non-adult AI VTuber Launch Kit workflow for starter character assets, expression variants, short pre-recorded clips, persona prompt cards, and commission briefs.

The service is not a real-time AI streamer, live chat performer, ASR/TTS runtime, motion-capture system, finished Live2D rigging service, or 3D model delivery service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may use the service only for original, non-adult character creation and related creator planning.

You agree not to submit or request NSFW content, sexualized minor content, adult creator positioning, real-person deepfakes, impersonation, copyrighted character clones, trademarked replicas, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to bypass safety systems.

You must have the rights needed for any reference image, prompt, uploaded material, or output use case you submit.

AI Outputs

Generated outputs may vary and may contain errors or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, commissioning artists, using assets commercially, or sharing them on third-party platforms.

The included commission brief is a production handoff aid. It does not replace artist contracts, rigger agreements, legal review, platform rules, or rights clearance.

Payment And Credits

Paid features, credits, exports, or plans are billed according to the terms shown at purchase time. Video generation may use more credits than still-image generation because it is more expensive to render and retry.

Refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes follow the terms shown at purchase time and any applicable payment-provider rules.

Intellectual Property

The service, interface, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Subject to these terms, you are responsible for how you use generated assets and for confirming that your prompts, references, and outputs do not infringe third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if safety systems detect abuse, or if continued access creates operational, legal, or platform risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.
